When you book one of our sites

We can only guarantee a specific site, if you stay minimum 5 days. For a shorter stay, the booking may be moved to another site within the same category. When booking, you must prepay DKK 500 (though, max price of the stay).

The site is ready from 1 to 6 pm and must be vacated by noon (in low season free earlier check-in and later check-out is often possible, ask the reception). In case of arrival after opening hours of the reception, just drive in and find your site ourself. See opening hours reception on  www.hedebocamping.dk

When changing your booking of a site
In high season, the stay can be shortened or moved free of charge no later than 14 days before arrival. After this you must pay for the actual length of your stay plus 500 DKK (though, max the price of the original stay). During low season, the stay can be shortened or moved free of charge, but the prepayment is non-refundable.

Prices
For some categories you only pay site fee in high season 27.6-16.8 (week 27-33 and pentecost). In low and high season you pay a person fee per night of 115 DKK (adult), 95 DKK (children 3-12 y) while baby (0-2 y) stays for free. You may bring max 2 dogs (25 DKK per night). Our waterpark is free for guests. Shower costs 5 DKK.

When you book a lodge or cottage

The cabin is ready at 3 pm and must be vacated by 11 am (in low season free earlier check-in and later check-out is often possible - ask in the reception). Please contact reception if arrival later than 6 pm, then we will help you to get into your cabin. See opening hours www.hedebocamping.dk

When booking = You pay a deposit of 500 kr and the rest on arrival at the latest.

If cancelled within 14 days before arrival = 50% of the price of the stay will be charged to your credit card.

If cancelled within 24 hours before arrival or no show = the price of the stay will be charged to your credit card.

Registration of data

We register your name, address, e-mail and other information given in connection with the booking. Information is not passed on, but the information is kept for min. 5 years.

Cookies are needed to make our website work and help us deliver our services. They tell you how to use our website and help us improve your and others' experience of it. Expect us to make pictures and video of the campsite and our guests which we use on website and social medias. If you do not agree, write an email to info@hedebocamping.dk

Payment

Our prices are written in Danish kroner, including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices indicated in Euro are indicative. Payment is made by using one of the accepted debit cards (Dankort, VISA and VISA electron) as well as the credit cards (Maestro and MasterCard). We kindly remind you that a surcharge is added. When paying by credit or debit card, the registration is made via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before it is sent over the Internet. The money will be drawn from your bank account as soon as you have booked and payed. Any transfer fee to the bank is paid by you. We store payment card information provided when ordering and use it in the event of cancellation or no show.

Complaints

We will email you a confirmation as soon as possible after receiving the booking. If you do not receive your confirmation and you have not received an error message from the system, you can contact us by email or phone. If you have not received the confirmation within 24 hours, please check the spam filter. Always check if the stay is booked correctly.

Complaints about the booking procedure, the actual booking or product (accommodation) must be made within a reasonable time after you have seen the mistake or should have discovered the mistake by looking through your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receiving the item (accommodation) the right to claim terminates under the Købelovens §83, section 1, unless otherwise agreed.

When Hedebo Strand Camping receives the complaint about an item (accommodation), it is processed as soon as possible. We decide whether the stay must be refunded, exchanged or a price reduction must be given.
